When Did You Last Polish Up Your Portfolio?

Most artists have some sort of a portfolio that shows off the work they’ve done. I have a book of what I consider some of my best photos. But the latest portfolio I’ve been building is online projects. The page is still a big work in progress, but the Web Design Solutions Unleashed portfolio page features a screenshot of various projects that is linked to details about the project.

By default it shows all types of projects. But there are buttons that allow you to see only a specific type of project. It is important to get just the right screenshot of each project. I do this by using the good old Alt + PrtScn key, pasting into Corel PHOTO-PAINT, cropping and resizing to the perfect size.

Once the perfect screenshot is done, then it is time to build a page with details of that specific project. This is a work in progress as I am still adding details for many projects and other projects still need to be added. But each page will look similar to the page shown below.

With some projects, I will even provide details of something really special done on that project. Obviously I want to show off the many cool Web sites and other online marketing I’ve done for clients. I hope that one day I can do something for you so that I can add your project to the portfolio. But even if I don’t complete a project for you, I hope that this will motivate you to work on your own portfolio.
