I love to create multimedia slideshows. It is a fun way to combine photos and music together. For those who love to work in the cloud, you will want to check out Flixtime. The free version allows you to create videos up to 60 seconds long. All you have to do is upload the photos and music you want to use before building your show. Flixtime makes it super easy to put together high quality videos and all you have to do is upload a few pictures and audio or select from the free photos and music library that is provided by Flixtime. Then add to your website, Facebook, Tweet and even email all within your Flixtime account.

There are also paid subscriptions that allow you to create longer videos and do more with the videos you create.

For example, a Pro account gets you the following features not included with free accounts:

  • Unlimited video Length
  • Fully Downloadable Videos
  • Add Voiceover (Not Available On Other Services)
  • Edit transitions
  • Unbranded Videos (No FlixTime Logos)
  • HD Upgrade 1080P
  • Commercial Use License, including stock photos & audio tracks
  • Access to pre built templates

Obviously a pro account is more valuable so I was able to work out a deal that allows you to have a pro account free for a week. Just use the promo code flixpromopro1week. Like all deals, it doesn’t last forever. March 1, 2012 is the official end date, but don’t wait that long to give it a try!
