I’ve been working on some graphics lately that can be a bit complicated. Some of them have some problem objects. Finding and fixing the problems isn’t nearly as difficult with the Object Manager Docker in CorelDRAW.
This may sound strange, but CorelDRAW is database software. Typically you are working on the graphical report view. The Object Manager Docker lists each of the objects along with information about it. It is very easy to see objects using the wrong color model, outlines that are too thick, the dreaded OLE embedded objects and bitmaps with a resolution too high.
If you aren’t already using the Object Manager to explore your more complex files, you really need to add it to your toolset. Problems that could take hours to find on the design page can be found quickly by digging through the Object Manager list. If you’ve found it useful, go ahead and share your success story on our Facebook page.
