Canon PowerShot ELPH 100 HS Digital Camera

November 2, 2011

The calendar has turned into November and that means the holiday shopping season will be at full speed in no time. Electronics are a popular gift and the folks at USA Today evaluated a number of products in different categories before choosing the top choices. Their “Best Camera Value” goes to the Canon PowerShot ELPH 100 HS Digital Camera.

Go ahead and look over the feature list and you’ll see this camera is pretty loaded. It also sells for less than $135 so it won’t break your piggy bank. If color matters to you, it comes in five colors (blue, gray, orange, pink and silver). Still shots support up to 12 megapixel and video can be recorded in 1080p. Of course it also does everything possible to give you good shots in low light and to prevent against shaking. Whether you are in need of a new pocket camera or you want to give one to someone else, this should be at the top of your list.
