Color Separate Bitmaps to Spot Colors Inside CorelDRAW

February 11, 2013

CorelDRAW has had the ability to create process color separations for many versions now. But the ability to separate a bitmap into spot colors required a very expensive Photoshop plug-in or standalone tool. Now there is a tool that can create the spot color separations of bitmaps you need for screen printing right inside of CorelDRAW.

SimpleSeps RasterSimpleSeps Raster is a CorelDRAW add-on that can separate any bitmap you import into CorelDRAW into spot colors. The process is really simple for all users and SimpleSeps Raster costs just a fraction of the tools needed previously.

Rather than me trying to explain to you exactly how it works, there are two free tutorial videos on the product page that give you all the details. Once you give the videos a look, you’ll see this is a vital add-on for those who need spot color separations from bitmaps. If you are a screen printer, this is a must-have!
