How many times has someone provided you a CorelDRAW file full of text for which you didn’t have the required fonts? It sure happens with a lot of files that I get. So that you don’t cause this problem for others, just convert all the text to curves.
OK, so that may be easier said than done as a file with many pieces of text could take hours to convert. And please, make sure to save a copy of the file with all the text as text before you do the conversion in case you need to edit it later.
This is the exact situation where the GDG Convert Ta Curves macro will come in very handy. With just a couple of clicks, it can convert all of the text in a file to curves. Use it just once on a file full of text and it can pay for itself! It works in CorelDRAW X4, X5 and X6 and even comes with GDG Doc Font Lister for free.
does this work for fonts within symbols?
