Can you believe that Google has been part of our lives for 15 years now? OK, maybe it hasn’t been part of your life for 15 years, but the company just celebrated its 15th anniversary.
As part of the anniversary, they announced an update that was made to the search algorithm with the name of “Hummingbird.” For those who are not familiar with these updates, Google makes them every now and then to give searchers more relevant results and to prevent less relevant sites from tricking Google into a higher ranking.
One oft mentioned ways to rank well is simply to create “great content” as it will naturally grab a higher ranking without breaking any rules. Obviously that is very good advice.
