About a month ago, I told you that I really liked the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition Android Tablet. Thanks to Santa, or more accurately a whole bunch of American Express points I’ve earned over the past five years, a Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet found its way into my hot little hands.
Most of the time I will use it as a tablet. But I’m a writer and there will be times I want to type without poking virtual keys on the tablet screen. I explained all of this to Santa and the best answer seemed to be a case that had a detachable bluetooth keyboard.
Santa and I decided the VSTN Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition Bluetooth Keyboard Portfolio Case (pictured above) best fit the budget and my needs. It sells for $38.95 at Amazon right now. it combines a faux leather case to protect the tablet. Inside in the bluetooth keyboard (took about a minute to link to the tablet) that can easily be removed from the case. This allows you to have the keyboard up to a few feet away from the tablet and still be able to type.
If I know I won’t be using the keyboard, I’ll not carry it in the case with me. Even with the case and keyboard, the whole package with the tablet is still very light and portable. Even better, all ports and controls are accessible when the tablet is in the case. Thank you Santa for listening to my wish list! Sorry if I cut this short, I want to play with my new toys!!!
