The Cave Creek Geek grew up a huge Kansas City Royals fan. Back in those days they had some great teams and players. Unfortunately the team went through a long funk after the Geek moved to Arizona. Twenty-nine years of futility ended this year and the Royals have clinched a spot in the World Series. If you haven’t been watching, the team has amazing pitching, great defense, blazing speed and a group of players that even opposing fans have grown to love. As a long suffering fan, I couldn’t be prouder of my team.

Last year I got to go to a couple of games at Kaufman Stadium and filmed a video telling you all about the massive scoreboard in center field. Let’s go Royals, take the crown!
