Enhance Social Media Skills With The Art of Social Media

July 6, 2015

art-social-media-boxYou may have noticed from the lack of posts that I was away for a while on vacation. I definitely took some time to have fun, but also used the time away to catch up on some reading. Yes, some of the books I read were fiction. I also took time to read The Art of Social Media by Guy Kawasaki and Peg Fitzpatrick.

If you are new to social media, you’ll want to read other books like Social Media Explained first. This book is for those who are already using social media marketing and it provides a number of tips to improve your skills. Not only will it suggest things you should do, but also things you should avoid at all costs.

I read the entire book in one morning on the beach so it is not a difficult read at all. Now that I’m back in the office, I’ll probably go back and re-read some of the information so I can put it to use. If you want to improve your social media skills, The Art of Social Media is definitely recommended.
