Sensory Toys to Relieve Stress and Maintain Focus

February 28, 2018

I’m probably late to the “fidget spinner” game. They’ve been popular for a while now and I hadn’t even touched one until recently. I probably only play with it once or twice a day and it is a nice distraction. In this post I’ll share a variety of stress relievers. There are links to Amazon for which I earn a very small commission. While I’ve gotten a free fidget spinner at a trade show, nothing was provided to me by Amazon or the companies offering the products below.

12 Pack Fidget SpinnersWe’ll start with a 12-pack of fidget spinners. These are the devices that took the world by storm in the last couple of years. In the 12-pack, you’ll find a variety of designs. Play with each of them yourself or use them as inexpensive gifts to family or co-workers. While I’ve not played with mine extensively, they don’t seem like something that wears out quickly.

Fidget spinners aren’t the only types of devices that you can use to relieve stress. I found two other inexpensive collections of toys. Neither of the bundles include the traditional fidget spinner, so it is possible you’ll want to get two of the items listed or even all three of them. Whatever it takes to keep your stress and anxiety at bay.

14 Pack Bundle Sensory ToysThe first bundle contains a total of 14 different sensory toys. Included in the bundle: fidget cube, bike chain, liquid motion timer, rainbow magic balls, twisted fidget toys, mesh and marble toy, soybeans squeeze grape ball and a stretch toy. If the spinner doesn’t keep you’re anxiety at bay, this collection should do it for you.

15 Pack Stress Relief Fidget Hand ToysIf a bundle of 14 isn’t enough or you want a different selection, I also found a bundle of 15 stress relief fidget hand toys. Yes, there is some overlap in the two bundles, though you’ll also find a few items unique to each collection. You’ll get 6 mochi squishies, 2 fidget bike chains, 3 twisted toys, 3 stretch toys and Christmas stickers. Neither of the collections is very expensive, especially when you look at the cost per item. Get them both and enjoy all the different toys.

Looking for another way to relieve a little stress? Want to take a quick trip to the waters off the coast of Mexico? Take two minutes and watch the video I put together off a day touring Coronado Island. There are dolphins, seals, a sea urchin, a sea cucumber and even a moray eel.
