This tip is very short and sweet. It may also save some of your hair if you pressed the keys accidentally. Go into CorelDRAW and type a word of Artistic Text. Just so you can see it well, choose a bold font and make the text fairly large. What you probably see on screen has the text oriented horizontally. With the text selected, press Ctrl + . (that’s a period). The text will now be vertically oriented. Press Ctrl + , (that’s a comma) to switch it back. I’m not sure if this will be useful to many of you. Where it could save you is if you pressed the first shortcut accidentally and found that all text in the future was oriented vertically. With one keystroke, you can get things back to normal.

Wow! It’s tips like that that keep be reading your blog. Thanks, Foster!
Nice, always good to know some useful keystrokes.
Thanks, I’m pretty new to Corel but I think with possibilities it offers I will become a big fan of this software. By the way – how do I edit text to fit into the curve shape (like in the round stamp) to run around the circle?
