At first glance, the name Sable Lion didn’t really tell me much about today’s fonts. After a little research, I learned the Sable Lion is an award “given for excellence in the martial arts: armored combat, fencing, and archery.” So think of a family of fonts with a medieval feel and you have the Sable Lion fonts. Here in Phoenix, the Renaissance Festival is currently running and these fonts would be perfect for such an event.
