I’ve now been living in Loreto, Mexico full-time for five months. It is a wonderful community and many stressful things from Arizona did not follow me here. Contrary to stories you may hear, it is an extremely safe area. In fact, I feel safer here than in anyplace I lived in the US. Local people are extremely hard working, always seem happy and they treat “foreigners” like me as one of their own.

At some of the local shops I saw shirts talking about the “fun side of the wall” though I thought their artwork left a lot to be desired. So it was time for me to create my own “fun side” artwork and I’ve done just that. What I don’t want to do is actually produce/sell products directly for a variety of reasons. Instead I allow the folks at Teepublic and Redbubble to produce/sell the products for me. I get a small cut of any products sold with my artwork on it.
