Bose speakers, ShinyHunters, longevity secrets, Android 17, plug-in solar, Android XR glasses, iPhone Ultra, solar drone and snakes on the plains. Sometimes the solution to a tech problem can be an extremely low tech solution. My house uses mini split units for air conditioning which means there half of the unit is on the roof and the other half is mounted on a wall. One of the units in my house is fairly old and lately it makes too much noise. It isn’t a huge deal as it is in a room that isn’t used much. A friend was visiting and the noise was a bit much. The solution? A couple small pieces of cardboard strategically placed to prevent rattling. In the short term, the problem is solved. Long term, I do need to replace the unit.
