Smart display charger, AI extinction, GPT-6 Astra, Star Trek tech, new phones, Tesla Cybercab and living the Mediterranean dream. Along with those topics, Apple announced a number of new products. You’ll find all this and more from this week’s news in the stories included.
Before we get to the news, I want to acknowledge the 25th anniversary of the 9/11 terror attacks. I still remember so many details of that day even after all this time. Where I was, what I was doing before the news hit, who I was with and then the attacks themselves. As I was in Boston at the time of the attacks, the next few days also brought a lot of uncertainty as I had to figure out a way to get back to my home in Arizona. That involved driving through New York, Washington DC and more. I will definitely take some time today to reflect on it all and think of all those we lost on that day.
