Whether you have no Web design experience or you are an experienced developer, there is always something to learn to improve your skills. Part of the learning involves the tool or tools used to build a site, but there is also a lot of knowledge about making a site that performs well on all devices.

Google has put together a Web Fundamentals site with tutorials on a wide variety of topics. You can spend a few minutes getting a tip on a specific topic or you could spend hours going through all of the information on the site. I know I will be spending time reading a number of the articles to continue improving my knowledge and skills.

This will also be a page where I refer clients to help them understand some of the things involved in the Web design process such as designing a site that adapts to desktop and mobile devices. If you would like help with a Web site, please let me know!
