I last bought a new computer case more than a decade ago. Each time I’ve upgraded my computer, I’ve swapped out the guts of the computer and put them into the same old case. Why? In short, I chose a great case that I really like. I’m not planning on replacing the case anytime soon, but I thought it was worth at least looking at some options. I’ll share an Amazon link that earns me a small commission if you buy something. No case has been provided to me.
A case provides both form and function. A quick look at the NZXT H710i shows an attractive case with a large tempered glass panel to show off the components inside. RGB lighting is integrated to really make the case shine.
Now let’s focus on the function of the case. Mini-ITX, Micro-ATX, ATX and EATX motherboards are all supported at sizes up to 272mm or 10.7 inches. To keep everything cool, up to seven fans are supported. There are also areas at the top and front to support a radiator for those who want the ultimate in cooling.
A removable and repositionable cage is included that supports as many as 4 3.5″ drives. There are also five 2.5″ drive trays. Channels are included to make cable routing clean and easy. Throw in a USB 3.1 Gen-2 port on the front and you’ve got a really awesome case. If the time has come for a new system and a new case, you should strongly consider the NZXT H710i.
