My personal battery is drained today. First the fiber optic cable providing Internet to my community was cut and thus we were cut off for more than ten hours. Then I watched my Kansas Jayhawks pull off an epic comeback to win a National Championship in college basketball. I felt this was a good time to share an easy way to give your phone battery a boost. It won’t help my own battery today, but I’m willing to be drained after the championship. Yes, I’ll include Amazon links to purchase from Amazon at the best available price. These do earn me a small commission. No product was provided to me for writing this.
I actually received the Power Pod Portable Phone Charger in my Christmas stocking so I have Santa to thank for putting one in my hands. It is small and is kept as a keychain. If your phone is running low on battery, it has an 800 mAh capacity and can give your phone a quick boost. That’s not enough to fill your phone battery, but the purpose is to give you a quick boost if your battery is about to die.
There are two variations and you’ll want to get the one appropriate for your device. I’ve listed each version below.
- Ontel Power Pod Portable Phone Charger with USB-C Connector, Compatible with Android
- Ontel Power Pod Portable Phone Charger with Lightning Connector, Compatible with iPhone
If you are looking for a convenient way to give your phone a boost or a gift idea for someone else, this is a cool little device. Now it’s time for me to try and find a way to get my personal battery charging.
