I have what I consider a big monitor on my desk. It is 4K and 43 inches diagonal. Yes, it takes up a large amount of desk space. Today we’ll look at something much larger and it may be just what you need for the ultimate in productivity. I already told you it was big. Just how big? It is 49 inches diagonal (16.5 x 45.3 x 21.1 and 32 pounds)! Yup, the SAMSUNG 49″ Odyssey Neo G9 Gaming Monitor will take up a huge chunk of your desk. While technically it is a 4K monitor, the dimensions are radically different from most of the other 4K monitors. It displays 5120 pixels wide by 1440 pixels tall. That means you have can several documents side-by-side or edit a really wide graphic.

One of the most impressive features is a 240 MHz refresh rate. You’ll note the slight curve on the display to make it seem as if it is wrapping around you. For inputs, you have two HDMI ports, a DisplayPort along with a PC port. There are also two USB 3.0 ports as shown in the image above.
