I know I’m biased, but I think I live in one of the most beautiful places in the world. There are others who feel the same way and that means more people have a desire to be here. Today I’m going to tell you about some real estate. Most of you can only dream about it as the price is well beyond your budget. But maybe, just maybe, you know someone who has the financial resources to make it a reality.

So why am I writing about real estate? It just so happens the land is currently owned by someone I know and they are wanting to sell it. About a month ago, I built a basic Web site that shows off the property a bit. Visit Bahía Concepción El Sueño to check it out and watch the drone video to get a good overview of the property.

If you do know someone with the resources to turn the property into a resort development, please pass along the Web site to them. Since the name of the property is the “dream”, that’s what most of us will do when looking it over.
