I remember the thermostat in my home as a kid. It had a very inaccurate slider on it. Later I had one with a touchscreen that allowed me to program time and temperature changes. It was a big improvement, but it still was a little difficult to figure it all out. Today we’ll look at a new option that makes things even easier while not having a huge cost. As a smart thermostat, there are multiple ways you can control the WYZE Smart WiFi Thermostat. There is the old fashioned way of manually adjusting the dial on the thermostat. Two additional ways are using the Wyze app or voice control via Alexa or Google. You can even set it to activate when it detects motion on a Wyze camera!

By using the app, you can really program the thermostat in a wide variety of ways. It shows you a large amount of data on current conditions and allows you to program heating and cooling schedules, sleep preferences and how it works when it detects you are away. It can even advise you of ways to conserve energy. With a little conservation, you can cover the cost of the Wyze Smart Thermostat!
