Cave Creek Geek Dines at Auntie Mae’s Cafe

October 10, 2013

Cave Creek Geek Dines at Auntie Mae's CafeSometimes the Geek just needs some good home cooking and Auntie Mae’s Cafe is as close to home as it can possibly get for the Geek. That’s because “Auntie Mae” is the Geek’s mom! The Geek’s cousin decide to honor Auntie Mae by naming the restaurant after her. After they had been serving happy diners for over a year, the Geek finally got a chance to visit and enjoy!

The visit was extra special as I got to enjoy it with quite a few family members. This led to many shared stories about my mom and funny things she had done. If you ever find yourself in Wichita, stop in to Auntie Mae’s and tell the owners the Geek sent you!
