PowerClipping never gets old…

Some users have heard of the term “PowerClip”, but are not sure what it means. I find it incredibly useful. Basically, it allows you to stuff items into a curve shape (or even into live Artistic Text).

You can always edit the position of the stuffed items relative to the Container. Simply by using CTRL + Left Click.

Centering the stuffed contents by default has often tripped up some users who preferred the contents not be auto-centered. In CorelDRAW X5, this option is now unchecked. In CorelDRAW X4 or lower, you need to go into the options as shown in the video.

Once you get a feel for this feature, there are some macros available that offers some extra functionality and convenience:
