The “Flip Copy” Technique in CorelDRAW

Written by Jeff Harrison

Here’s a method I’ve used for a variety of purposes, for over decade…

  1. make a shape
  2. grab handle
  3. press left mouse button and hold
  4. press CTRL and hold
  5. flip to opposite side
  6. press right mouse button until you see plus sign by cursor
  7. let go of all buttons

For bonus points: press CTRL+R after step 7

There are 2 buttons about flip, in Corel Photopaint:
Image > Flip , which flips ALL the layers, and
Object > Flip , which flips ONLY THIS LAYER.

This post is about CorelDRAW, not Corel PHOTO-PAINT.
