I told you in yesterday’s post about the extremely rare snowstorm we had here in Cave Creek. So you’ll have to pardon me if I have snow on my mind right now. To take the theme of snow to my designs, I found the Snowgoose family of fonts. One of the cool features of this family is that it provides one font with the snow built-in and then two separate weights for front (the snow) and back. Because of the front and back versions, you can color the background and the snow whatever fill you desire and I’ve included a sample below where I did that.
Post a message or a graphics on the Graphics Unleashed Facebook page and tell us a blizzard story. I remember being stranded in Eastern Colorado on the way home from a ski trip because the highway had been closed. We made the best of a crummy situation. Can you suggest even one of your friends become fans of the Graphics Unleashed Facebook page. That way they can enjoy the fonts we feature.
