Massive amounts of files and folders for CorelDRAW messages

In Feb of 2013, I noticed a lot of space being taken up in my roaming folder:

Check the areas in yellow. that’s a massive amount of files and folders.

Since I like to keep a tidy system, I asked Corel Staff: “is it safe to delete these?”

Response:

“It will probably throw the Welcome Screen and the Messages window out of
sync for a few days, but I can’t see it doing anything major. If it has
some hiccups, try selecting Help>Messages… that usually brings
things back into order.”

So I deleted them all in Feb 2013 and wanted to make sure nothing crazy happened for awhile before posting this idea in my blog.

As of June 2013, some came back as expected, about 21 MB worth, but otherwise no ill effects.

I too noticed these files when cleaning my system. Wonder if cleaning this folder regularly will have nay ill effects?
