Those of you who regularly visit the Graphics Unleashed Facebook page may already know that I’ve accepted an ownership position with Golf Data Systems LLC.

Some of the graphical content for the company already existed prior to my joining the company. Unfortunately many of the source files had been lost. This included vector versions of the company logo. In looking through the files I did have, I guessed that the logo had been purchased from a stock site. So I wanted to search the Internet to see if I could find where it was purchased.

The process is actually quite simple. Go to Google Images and you’ll be looking at the page shown below.

Click on the small camera icon and you can either provide a link to the image you want to search or you can upload an image. Once you’ve provided the source image, the result of the Google search will be either matching images or those that are similar. With my search, I was able to find the source of the original logo file so that I could get the vector artwork needed.
