RAVPower Mini External SSD Hard Drive Fills Pocket With Storage

RAVPower Mini External SSD Hard Drive

Thinking back many years ago to when having a SyQuest drive was a must-have as it allowed 44 MB of data per cartridge. That was huge and provided a convenient way to move data between computers. Not long after that came the Zip drive and it held even more in a smaller package. Both of those are dinosaurs now and we can carry much larger amounts of data in much smaller packages. Today I’ll share a really powerful option and I will include a link to purchase at Amazon. Yes, that means I can earn a pitifully small commission. Sadly, I didn’t get anything free.

RAVPower Mini External SSD Hard Drive

RAVPower Mini External SSD Hard DriveMany times I’ve written about USB flash drives of varying storage sizes. While slightly larger, this is not one of those drives. I’ve also written about various SSD drives to use in your computer. This is an SSD drive, but it is to be used externally via a USB port. The RAVPower Mini External SSD Hard Drive gives you at least 512 GB of storage space in a very compact and affordable package. How small is it? It measures 3.9 x 1.2 x 0.4 inch meaning it can easily fit in your pocket.

Since it is an SSD drive, it is both fast and durable since there are no moving parts. Not only can you use it with your computers, it can also be used with other USB-C devices such as Android and iPad Pro tablets. Transfer speeds can be as high as 540 MB/s. Use it for storage or backup or any other data you want to keep in your pocket.

There are two sizes of the RAVPower Mini External SSD Hard Drive available:

If you are looking for a portable device that handles a lot of data, then this is a device you should seriously consider!
