With holiday feasts on their way and the New Year’s Resolutions soon afterwards, I’m going to tell you about a product that can help you stay fit. I first learned about it when they ran a Kickstarter campaign and have been using it for almost a year now. Yes, I’ll post a link to purchase one on Amazon which earns me a small commission. My unit was purchased as part of the Kickstarter and I receive nothing more for discussing it here.
When you first look at the OYO NOVA Gym, you might not think it looks like much. The good news is the whole setup weighs less than three pounds and breaks down into a small package. This allows you to easily take it everywhere with you, even in a small suitcase.
Looks can be deceiving as it uses a technology named SpiraFlex that was developed with NASA. Early versions of the product were used on the International Space Station. Now that is one heck of a business trip! You receive four FlexPacks in the package with each providing ten pounds of resistance. For most users, that is more than enough.
Along with the OYO NOVA Gym itself, you get a wall chart showing the most popular 30 exercises. There is also a large library of workout and exercise videos. Even if you only do a few of the different exercises, you can put together a great workout.
While you can set aside time and do a dedicated workout, you can also squeeze in a few exercises when you have time. Sitting on a Zoom call? Turn off your video and do some exercises while you listen. All of those short workouts can add up over time!
Not too long after I received my unit, it was sitting behind me as I did a video call with a friend. He asked me about the thing behind me and I quickly showed it to him and provided a link to it. He immediately ordered one for himself and one for a paraplegic in his care. Even in a wheelchair, the OYO NOVA Gym provided a way to get some quality exercise. For me, it has been well worth the investment as I have a way to get in a workout when I have time. Is it right for you? Check out the product page and watch some of the videos to help you decide.
